There are certainly good construction companies in Mallorca that can build a home for you. What sets LF91 apart is that we’re not just a construction company, we handle absolutely everything: from guiding you in our first meeting to maintaining your new home once we hand you the keys (we can even embroider your initials on your bath towels if you wish).
We work with our own in-house team. We are a family-owned company operating with our own professionals 100%: architects, builders, interior designers, landscapers, bricklayers, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, painters, gardeners, as well as lawyers and tax advisers. This allows us to solve any issues that may arise without depending on anyone else who could delay (and increase the cost of) the construction of your home.
Yes, of course. We have our own architects and interior designers, but if you already have someone, we’ll be happy to work with them. We will even make their work easier by taking on many tasks so they can focus solely on their part.
We know what things cost, and budget is important, naturally. But for us, it’s not the only factor. We build everything from large seafront villas to simple Mallorcan country houses, village homes, city residences… What matters is that you know what you want and how much you want to invest. From there, we will define a budget tailored to you and get to work.
Unexpected costs almost always appear, it’s inevitable. But with us, you can be confident that the budget we give you at the beginning is what you will pay at the end, when we hand you the keys, unless you decide to introduce changes during the process. Because we rely solely on our own team, we can perfectly control the extra expenses that other companies won’t include in their initial estimate… and that you’ll end up having to pay once construction is underway. We like to anticipate potential issues and solve them safely and quickly.
Yes. Everything. Most companies would not include, for example, administrative costs (licenses, end-of-work certificates), landscaping expenses (garden, outdoor areas), interior design costs (furniture, curtains, appliances), etc.
With us, you won’t face any unpleasant financial surprises. You can be 100% sure of that.
Yes, we take care of all required procedures: licenses, fee payments, registrations, notary procedures, end-of-work documentation, and more. Other companies won’t help you with this, and it’s a process that can take years and cost you a significant amount of extra money.
