–Someone who will look after your interests throughout the entire planning and construction process, staying within your budget, your wishes, and the opportunities that may arise.
–Someone who won’t abandon you halfway through, but will accompany you until the end. Until the day you cross the threshold of your new home for the very first time.
–And someone who, once your home is finished, will continue taking care of it, if you want. Because ongoing maintenance is almost as important as the construction itself, ensuring everything remains in perfect condition.
Architecture
We are Mallorcans; the roots of the Mediterranean run deep within us. That’s why, after more than 30 years building, we master every local material, the same ones used to build houses in Mallorca for centuries. Good, beautiful, authentic, long-lasting homes… And we create them in the style you want, with everything you might need. You tell us what you’re thinking of, or show us photos, or draw it on a piece of paper, and we make it real for you.

New Builds + Renovations
Whether you want to build a new house or renovate an old one, or one in poor condition, our team will deliver exactly what you’re looking for. To do so, we rely on our own construction company, EPIC, with more than 40 professionals (architects, technical architects, bricklayers, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, painters, stonemasons, etc.), all 100% committed to your project.
Interior Design
Interior design is not just placing a table here and a sofa there. No, it goes much deeper than that: it’s about bringing your home to life, in harmony with the people who will live in it. Or bringing life to every corner of your new hotel, restaurant, shop, or office. That’s why we’ll sit down with you for a relaxed conversation to understand what you love most, so that every space in your home or business is aesthetic and pleasant, as well as functional.
Landscaping
More and more, the gardens and natural surroundings of a home are almost as important as the construction itself. The pleasant year-round temperatures in Mallorca mean that people spend a lot of time outdoors. Having a garden, a pool, and an authentic environment in harmony with the rest of your home is something that you, and we, must plan very carefully to ensure a perfect result.
Advising
Careful, because this is important. Someone may have told you about a plot of land where you could build your new home. And you may be seriously considering buying it. But is it legally buildable? Does it have access to water, electricity? Is it a good place to invest in for the future? At LF91 we advise you on these and many other issues, so you invest wisely. And so you don’t run into any kind of problems later on.
Maintenance
We’ve built the home of your dreams. And now what?… Now, if you wish, we can also take care of the full maintenance of your home, from cleaning to gardening, pool care, and any needs that may arise. Even if you spend long periods away from Mallorca, at LF91 we make sure everything is always ready for your return.
Licenses
This is undoubtedly the least “sexy” part of any home-building process. But probably also the most essential. Because without licenses and permits, we cannot build or renovate your home. Since we know it’s an extremely tedious process, especially if you come from another country, we take care of 100% of it: all licenses, fees, registrations, visits to lawyers and notaries, end-of-construction documents, etc. So you can have complete peace of mind and not worry about anything.
