What is a Project Manager?

Because within those €3,000 they do NOT include:
–The cost of paperwork, fees, legalizations, end-of-construction documents, etc.
–The cost of interior design (furniture, decoration, lighting, etc.).
–The cost of creating a garden (which is not cheap).
So we’re talking about many, many thousands of euros you weren’t counting on and that you will eventually have to pay, one way or another.
In the construction world, today almost everyone calls themselves a Project Manager.
